I've only had the vacuum a few days and so far, everything is working just fine. It's a powerful machine; I like that the V11 is quiet, but the suction is very powerful and the longer run time is exactly what i needed. I actually look forward to vacuuming any chance I get.

It is the most amazing vaccum that I have ever had. I thought my home was dust free and immaculate, but I readily saw otherwise once I started using the Dyson (v11). In addition to excellent performance, the Dyson has a brilliant design for putting attachments on and off, cleaning the cannister, charging the battery, and more. I LOVE it!

I purchased the V11 2 months ago when my old Dyson battery died and would no longer charge. This new one works great and I love that it lets me know how much battery life is remaining. I would recommend buying one. It is well worth the money.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, and it really does clean up, however, for some reason, not sure if it is me, the vacuum head lifts off the ground, only on rugs does it stay down, I have two dogs so they bring in plenty of dirt, and while they are brushed daily, their hair is all over the place. My floors look clean until I vacuum, then I see all the dirt, probably will have to do this daily or maybe even more, not because the vacuum does not do it's job but with two dogs the dirt really piles up fast.
