Have not possessed the unit very long but seems okay. The battery could last a bit longer before charging is necessary. Not sure how to clean the bin. Have to look into it.

I have debated buying a Dyaon stick vacuum for years. It's expensive and that has always held me back. I finally spent the money and so happy I did. Thsi vacuum is great. Makes cleaning stairs and everything so simple. So much lighter than my other vacuum.

The V11 is one of the worst Dyson vacuums we've had. The head on then keeps stopping while vacuuming. We've had the Wand replaced but that didn't solve the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
