Why I hate google

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Google just keeps trying to take over my phone. Making me deal with constant crap I don't want. The phone itself is great. Camara is excelent. Just Google turning stuff on wasting my memory space connecting to outside sites.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being a loyal Galaxy S series user for over a decade this is my first Ultra model. Ive had the legendary S10e, S24+, and now S25 Ultra. I can't think of one thing that I could legitimately complain about. For the first time I've invested in the Samsung ecosystem more than ever with a watch, Buds3 Pro, and am beginning to explore the complexity of SmartThings. On top of that I recently have started using Oticon Zeal hearing aids which connect with Bluetooth and they work together better than I would have imagined. It seems that everyday I learn of new things to do with this phone.
I was skeptical about Galaxy AI at first thinking it is just a way to justify a higher price point but as I learn to use it more, the less skeptical I am. I can't say a lot about the majority of features as I like to learn a bit at a time but so far by a longshot the best part is Circle to Search. I've saved a ton of headache and money by taking pictures of things I know nothing about and using the feature. It's very easy to use and there hasn't been one thing I haven't been able to figure out with it.
I plan on using this phone for years and look forward to learning about everything this great flagship can do.

The stunning display makes watching movies incredibly immersive, and the impressive battery life easily gets me through a full, heavy day of use. It has genuinely improved my daily workflow and entertainment experience

Great camera and fast startup. AI works quickly and accurately.
One UI 8 has some really great customization features especially paired with the Good Lock app.
The curved corners are just "ok". I prefer a square phone. I think this will be my last S series if the phone gets anymore rounder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The battery life is horrible. For the price of the unit I would have expected more by year 2025! Considering other options moving forward. Thats a lot for me to say since I've a loyal customer for 15 years plus. By the time I get home around 3:30PM 30 to 40% battery with moderate use, I will not make it through the entire day.
