[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive long used Samsung phones. Each new one offers some decent upgrades. The S25 Ultra is above an beyond. The camera system is very intuitive, and exceptional in the methods one can choose to shoot photos. For my online business, basic "point and shoot" works fine. But when I am taking photos for anything else, the array of presets, as well as user modification settings, makes using it a pleasure.
Samsungs built in AI makes editing photos, seeking info, and doing my online business a breeze! It is a tool that has definately made tedious tasks easier and quicker!
The phone itself is beautiful! Ive had many people complimenting and ask me about it. Its sleek style, and size are perfect.

Great Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the s25 from the s24 with only having my s24 for a little over a year. With the advancements in AI in the s25 plus upgraded camera, I found it to be a no brainer and i was not mistaken. I use my phone all day everyday for work, personal, streaming, etc and it keeps up with me. Something about any Samsung it truly gives you the power you need to conquer any task. Though i have only owned my device for a few months, i am looking forward to getting an s26 in the near future. The only setback is losing that Bluetooth response from the spen. If they brought that back I would love it even more. I LOVE USING AI to edit my videos and fix audio. It truly is a game changer.

Incremental updates vs S23 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well designed, but it's basically as expected - most of the features are the same as S23 ultra. Size/shape/weight are very close except for curved display. Galaxy AI features may be important to some people, but aren't critical for me. The biggest reason for my upgrade is the improved battery life compared to my degraded S23 ultra which could not make it through the whole day.

My only complaint is no way to add more storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. All of its features are so great and helpful, and I love the upgrade from zflip5. I can't say I have any criticisms about it. Also, I love using Galaxy AI for a numerous of purposes such as having it summarize longer pieces of information.

S Pen disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a die hard Samsung fan since my first Galaxy S, which was the S5 Active. I upgraded from my S23 Ultra to the S25 Ultra in November 2025 and overall I'm happy with it but there has been one major disappointment- the removed Bluetooth from the S Pen. I am an avid photographer and used my S Pen regularly. Removed that capability for any reason just doesn't measure up for me. If i knew that change was made before I "upgraded" to the S25, I would have stayed with my S23 Ultra. There is no adequate alternative. The gesture capture does not compare. I really hoped Samsung would listen to their die hard supporters and purchasers and release a Bluetooth S Pen separately that would work with the S25 Ultra but it doesn't seem like they realize how much they've missed the mark with removing very useful technology. If you have a fully functional S Pen that you enjoy, i wouldn't recommend upgrading to the S25.
