I love the fact that you can use two apps at the same time as i'm always moving around and needing to multitask. With heavy use, my battery still lasts all day. Unlike my other device which needs to stay on the charger
Too consistently. The customization on this device is unlimited. My phone never gets hot even with a good case. The screen is very clear.

The only down fall is that I keep getting an error message stating my charger port has liquid in it and it does not have any liquids in it and there is no dust or particles or anything.

Transferring from my old motorola phone could not have been easier and it immediately set up with my carrier. Can all the phones I have owned I have never had a smoother transition. There is a lot to learn on this phone because i've always had much lower quality phones. There is a lot of training materials and Galaxy AI is working great. My main reason for getting a nicer phone was I wanted one with a great camera for an upcoming trip to Europe. The zoom & clarity is AMAZING!! I can zoom in so far on a video and pictures and they are clear, I am so happy that made the switch.
