The S25 Ultra is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the S25 Ultra because I have been a loyal consumer of these samsung products. I was very happy with it in the beginning. Then about 3 months in, the power button broke off. Samsung refused to let it be repaired even though I had insurance. Now that I've had the phone a little more than a year, with no power button, the volume buttons feel like they are going to break soon too. The battery life now is horrible. I have to fully charge it at least twice in a single day.
I am never abusive of my electronics, so I believe the buttons are a manufacturer issue. Other than the buttons and the short battery life, it is a decent phone. However I am eager to get it paid off so I may get a sturdier, more battery life friendly phone. And then I can stop using pointy things to power it off and on. I paid enough for it, it should have lasted longer than e months before something broke off. And a refusal to repair it with insurance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time Samsung Galaxy user, I have tried multiple different phone makers and Samsung Galaxy s 25 ultra has been the best phone I have used.
Durability is a major thing that I take into account when thinking about how good a phone is.

I chose to go all out when I upgraded this last time and I have not been disappointed! Camara is amazing memory is great, internet browser is fast and I have service in a lot of places most people don't up here in northern New Hampshire.
I am constantly streaming music through the phone and the quality is great.
I love how easy it is to customize my phone with different font backgrounds and music as my ringtone.
I am a plaiting room matinence technician and my phones definitely take a beating, and I'm shocked that my screen has held up! I am exposed to multiple acidic chemicals and high temperatures with really high humidity and this S25 Ultra has not even been phased at all.
Now I understand that usually you sacrifice features for durability but I think this phone is perfect.

Samsung's always the BEST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a Samsung phone for over 10 plus years. Many years ago I chose Samsung as I felt it was the best Android for me. I used to upgrade whenever a new one was available, but I'm hanging onto my S2025 Ultra. I use it for communication, streaming shows at night, some social media and photos. I have taken some spectacular photos with this phone. Every day I realize it is capable of so much more than i use. Samsung will always be my phone. Even though my current phone is a 2025, it feels like new!

S25 Ultra: Best Phone I've Owned.

Big change from an LG phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the S25 Ultra to replace a 4 year old LG phone, mostly because LG decided to get out of the phone business. There was a learning curve moving to the Samsung line, but it proven to be worth the effort. I mostly use my phone for calls and text messages, but the is room for some minor gaming, social media, and internet searches. Overall I am happy with the phone and would strongly consider upgrading to another Samsung when the time comes.
