Great performance, albiet lacking in customization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this phone for over a year now. Great performance in apps, games (especially emulation) and movies. Great sound options as well. Only thing that Ive come to realize is customization is a little lacking. Sure there's stuff like Good Lock and other apps offered by Samsung to help with it, but I wish there was more in the way of customizing sounds with my own sound files without having to root my phone. Feel as though I should at least have access to change the system ui sounds (locking, unlocking, typing and tapping sounds etc.) with my own sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone and it's AI enhanced features are wonderful. I use the 100x zoom on a regular basis and the instant/ seamless connectivity to any device i.e. headphones, android auto, my laptop, etc are all fantastic. I use the AI photo editing tool the most when editing photos with unwanted background images. The clarity in the speakers is spectacular. I highly recommend this phone and others in the ultra line to everyone.
