Use of the e-sim worked great. Did not need my provider to send me a sim card to transfer my phone number from old phone to new phone. Using the Smart Switch app made transferring data from my old Note 1 + to my Galaxy S25 Ultra easy. It took a while but that was expected because of the quantity of data to be transferred. Roger

I received my just before Christmas. I had the S23 Ultra which I loved. This phone was easy to set up, and the battery life is great.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra last month. It is really a great product. It looks very nice and user friendly. It's also very easy to transfer all my apps and data from my old Galaxy Note 20 to this new phone. Everything went very smoothly. I have no hesitation in giving this product a 5 star rating.
