I have really explore the features of the phones. I'm not seeing that much difference between my old S21+ andcthe new S25 Ultra. I mainly upgraded for storage capacity and the S pen, which is great!

The Galaxy S25 Ultra delivers outstanding performance and features. I did notice a small scratch on the back of the phone and found the battery life to be slightly lower than expected for a full day of use. While I was hoping for a bit more compensation, the $85 discount was still appreciated. Overall, it's a fantastic device, and I'm happy with the purchase despite these minor issues.

No different than s24 ultra, worse camera

I switched to this phone as I ran out of internal storage on my S24 Ultra and was able to get a better deal on the S25 with more memory than I would have on an s24. It is the same phone, there really are no differences in how it performs, how it feels, or how it works. But the camera is definitely not as good. I'm happy with the memory and the phone, but it isn't worth 'upgrading' from the previous generation unless your phone is broken.
