More hiccups than my old s21

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a lifelong Samsung user, phone, laptop, appliances, and tvs are all Sumsung. Recently, I upgraded my s21 to the s25 and, for the first time, I'm not fully satisfied with it. I've had a lot of issues with sounds on it. First, when I set it up all notifications were the exact same sound. Had to search online on how to fix and uninstall/reinstall apps to get some sounds back. Second, there has been a lot of issues with the phone still thinking it's in a call and only using the top speaker for media. I learned that I have to make sure any calling apps are closed out before I can get the sound right again (easy enough to do, but I still shouldn't have to do it). Third, a lot of times when I'm scrolling it'll pop up telling me to unmute my sound to hear the video, even when my sound is up or the page that Im scrolling has all the videos muted because I didn't want to hear them. I also feel like I have worse signal on this phone than I did my s21 and notice calls breaking up more. Are any of these enough to make me switch phones? No. Are they annoying? Yes. Hoping things like this will be fixed with a software update. Haven't used much of the new features yet, but look forward to trying out the Galaxy AI and translation tools.

The power in the palm of a hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yo, this new phone is seriously amazing, and I'm so hyped about it. The camera is insane, and I can take awesome pics and videos without even trying. The battery life is awesome too, lasting all day even when I'm always on it. Seriously, it's the best phone ever; upgrading was a great idea.
Plus, the AI stuff makes everything super easy and fast to find, and being able to fix up my pictures, sound, and erase stuff is the best. The cherry on top is how easy it is to find an item or place's information by detecting it with the camera lenses.

It's My ALL-IN-ONE office!!!

Along with Galaxy AI I am able to run my entire business, return emails and communicate with my clients along with updating our social media for business all from one place and wherever I am! I could not run my business without this device!

Great Phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life on this device is AMAZING! It's lightening fast and responsive. I don't use the stylus very much but handy. This phone has doo manu features that Im not sure I have used them all. Auto call transcribed and recorder is new. The AI responses which is very helpful. I love this unit!

Fast like a bullet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after i changed from s22 ultra i just get stunned by how the fast this phone feels and the camera quality is so good i can see my own organs in there. But a key fature is the helping with writing with ai. I really like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While not using the Galaxy AI features frequently, when you need them they're awesome. I love editing photos and asking questions. The answers are generally spot on. The battery life is the best I've ever seen and nothing I've thrown at this phone has stopped it.
