The remote during the set up process was not responsive in many instances. The tv also turned off 3 times during the process. Additionally I didn’t see a barcode to register the tv. It had to be done manually. The chatbots are a waste of time. The tv has a nice picture and sound quality for the price.

Easy to migrate my info over with the Google UI. The larger HD is nice co.pared to my other Sony TV. The issues I have so far, and I've only had it for a few hours... the led light flashes while the TV is off and no way to disable it like my other Sony. Also, I noticed when the screen is dark it's noticeably lighter just above the center of the screen. I understand it's a lower level model, but the black should be black.

That blinking LED light when the TV is off is usually a background setting like a timer or the TV looking for software updates. You can check your options for this under Settings > System > LED Indicator.
For the lighter area on dark screens, we recommend checking for any available system software updates, as updating the firmware can optimize the picture dimming zones.
