Great picture but soundbar issues

To help you get the incredible audio to match your TV's picture, we want to ensure you have access to the right resources. Often, cross-brand connection issues can be resolved by making sure the right HDMI (ARC/eARC) port is used and that the TV's Bravia Sync (CEC) and audio output settings are correctly configured for an external device.

Good color, sound, and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is awesome! Good sound and color. I had it at only 20 volume and it’s loud already. Color is very nice and clear, movement was smooth. It turns on really fast and connect to apps really fast too. And the remote control is small and very minimal, and has shortcut buttons that I use a lot. Love this tv!

Great Picture Quality

Setup was a breeze, all I needed was a WiFi connection, and the picture quality is amazing. The colors are so sharp and the sound is crisp and clear. This TV has many different settings to cater to your individual preferences and even allows you to create different profiles in case it is a shared device. It only took me a few minutes to sign into my Google account and bring over my existing streaming apps and search for new ones. The Google Home app is really convenient and allows you to customize your tv settings and even set a routine. 10 stars!

TV seems OK. The remote is of very low quality. It has no back lighting and makes it impossible to operate it in semi-darkness, especially for seniors. We are considering returning it. Very disappointing. We have an ancient Sony LCD TV, and have been very happy with it. That is why we got a Sony smart TV.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
