I bought this a month ago. I had a Samsung for 20 years that still worked great with zero glitches ever but decided to upgrade. This TV was OK for a couple of weeks but it is constantly freezing now almost daily. I have tried the various troubleshooting out the cache where I can, deleted apps nothing helps. Sometimes it reboots itself--like during big moments in sporting events...other times its frozen until I completely unplug the set, Unacceptable, Not looking forward to hours with tech support. If this is not fixed Im sending it back if I can--would love to be able to simply turn on the TV and have it work--shouldnt be so complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I was so excited when I got this huge 4K tv for free! I love this tv so much! I love the picture it looks so good and it’s a 65 inch so it’s nice and big! It’s also a smart tv and has everything you need to find your favorite show or movie! Oh, and I love that the remote has streaming option buttons!

I've had 75" Bravia 7 for almost 2 months and it has been absolutely stunning. The best TV I've ever owned. I worked in television production for a local PBS station and I know what good television images are supposed to look like. This is it. Beautiful 4 k video and excellent upscaling of standard definition video also. I couldn't be happier!

J'ai rencontré beaucoup de bugs logiciel causé par Google TV Android sur la Sony Bravia 7 Mini-LED XR 70 75 Pouces. Sony à des problèmes de logiciel sur leurs séries de télévision depuis une décennie. Téléviseur très décevant. Téléviseur qui s'éteint plusieurs fois par jour. Redémarre du téléviseur. Après 3 mois même après la mise à jour du logiciel de février 2025 les problèmes perdurent. Sony marque pas fiable. Logiciel Google TV instable. Je ne recommande pas les produits Sony à personne. Très décevant!

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience ne s'est pas améliorée depuis la mise à jour logicielle publiée en février 2025. Nous souhaitons vous proposer quelques solutions pour résoudre le problème de redémarrage de votre téléviseur :
1. Désactivez Bravia Sync : sur la télécommande, appuyez sur le bouton (Paramètres rapides) et sélectionnez Paramètres → Chaînes et entrées → Entrées externes → Paramètres BRAVIA Sync → Désactivez le contrôle BRAVIA Sync.
2. Si vous disposez d'un décodeur câble connecté au téléviseur via un câble HDMI, vous pouvez utiliser un câble ou un adaptateur HDMI sans CEC pour empêcher le téléviseur de redémarrer.
3. Désactivez la TV interactive Samba : sur la télécommande, appuyez sur le bouton (Paramètres rapides) et sélectionnez Paramètres → Système → TV interactive Samba → Désactivez la TV interactive Samba.

Had this TV for 2 Weeks and am very disappointed in the audio. I have spent a lot of time trying to get it right. The audio level changes within a program and from program to program. The audio sound changed also, from a soft mushy to also sounding like the audio is coming through a pipe. I also purchased a Sony sound bar which does not help. The picture is great though!
