Bought this new TV yesterday. I wish setting it up was as easy as purchasing it. My husband has a hard time seeing and needed a brighter screen.

I am blown away!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After unwrapping it and setting it up which took all of five minutes, I am blown away. It took longer to get it out of the box!!! Picture is phenomenal and the ease of the controls is amazing. The volume is good but some channels need to be louder for some reason, I’m not sure why. It’s also so easy to use my Roku streaming with it as well since I have my workout app on it, but it has soooo many built in channel and streaming options as well that makes changing from one to the other a breeze. This tv is so awesome and I am beyond grateful for it.

I had this TV less than 90 days the screen on multiple times came up blurry, and then the screen went totally green and pink. I returned it for a full refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stunning performance and Vibrant viewing

We took this Tv for a spin and tested it with our harsh tv critics- 4 children watching the film Pan (as seen in photos). We own 3 other Sony Bravias, all purchased in the last 3 years but none with the mini LED technology. This produces noticeably more crisp images- Hugh Jackman looks more handsome on my lesser quality TVs but I appreciate this unfiltered, realistic quality. The system itself responds quickly and has minimal lag from switching channels. Sound is superior and my favorite element is probably the most “mom” type thing to point out, but it’s the simplicity of the remote. The easy buttons that go directly to the channels is a time saver. We love Sony products and having 4 Sony bravias in our home now this is by far our favorite. I suspect in a year or so my husband will want the OLED!

I wanted to wait a while before writing this review so I could try out a lot of the features. I will say overall I am impressed.
The first movie I tried it out with was Black Panther because the first few opening scenes of that movie are very dark and I wanted to see how this TV reacted. WOW, there are actually scenes I never fully saw before. This TV does an excellent job on dark scenes.
The sound coming from this TV is really good. At this time I am not using a sound bar so I really appreciate the crisp sound.
Since I don't have a PS, I can't really test out the gaming feature, but it sounds very cool for those of you who do have one.
Right now I have it sitting on my entertainment stand, but in about a month I will be hanging it up on the wall.
There is a very cool home decoration feature where you can set up a screen saver for the TV. I guess it is supposed to be similar to the Samsung Frame, just without the frame. At any rate, the picture options are very nice.
The remote is very responsive but I find the buttons a bit small. What is funny to me is just days before I ordered this TV I was telling someone that the TV manufacturers do not give YouTube respect by giving them a dedicated button on the remote. Lo and behold this TV arrives with a dedicated YouTube button LOL.
This is a fine TV and I like all aspects of it.

Image quality is crystal clear!!

The colors are so much more vibrant than my old tv and it makes watching films so much better! It’s a smart tv also so all my apps are built in and it even is connected with Google aswell. It’s an incredible TV!!!
