Beautifying and space saving!

It has really beautified my living space and freed up a lot of space that used to be taken up by a TV cabinet. I Just love having it masquerade as art when I'm not using it . And it's nice to be able to swap the art out when I want to. Great invention!

Only one problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this model, 42 inches, old technology because the newer TVs were causing me ice strain. It fits my needs perfectly except for one annoying problem. It will not bring in Netflix. I am told it is an issue with Samsung not Netflix so that is disappointing but otherwise I love the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, my experience with the Samsung Frame TV has been good. One puzzling thing is that turning it on is sometimes problematic. Sometimes it turns onto the streaming platforms or embedded programs. Other times I have to click it on several times to get there. Puzzling. Otherwise, beautiful color and brightness. Love the artwork.

We purchased it mainly for the ability to choose and display artwork on the screen, and that has become our favorite feature. It’s wonderful to enjoy a beautiful piece of art when we aren’t watching television. Very happy with our purchase!

Best features for art mode!

The art mode is absolutely incredible with a definition that feels like there’s an actual art painting hanging from my wall. The anti glare works tremendously and the auto brightness setting ensures the image quality is always on spot. This product is so much more than what I expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of frame is excellent, however choice of art is limited unless a monthly program is purchased. This takes advantage of a capability that was not advertised as an additional fee.

Thank you for sharing your review. The Frame TV features Art Mode, allowing you to display artwork or personal photos when you’re not watching TV or when the TV appears off.
To access the Art Home screen: Home > Top directional Button > Art (2nd icon on the left)
Here’s what you’ll find in the Art Home Screen:
1. Image Categories: When in Art Mode, press the select button on your remote to view the following:
• Browse various artworks and preview them in full screen for 30 seconds.
• To keep an image, you can purchase it individually or subscribe to the Art Store Membership.
• You can also change favorites, edit mat styles, apply filters, and make other adjustments.
2. My Art Store
• View your favorites, personal photos, subscription info, and purchase history.
3. Art Mode Options (bottom of Art Home screen):
• Sleep Options: Sleep After, Motion Detector, Night Mode
• Art Effect: ON by default, to match original artwork appearance. Turn OFF to apply your TV’s custom picture settings.
• Reset My Album
• What is Art? (explains Art Mode features)
To Import Images from USB:
5. Plug your USB drive into the TV.
6. The TV will detect it and display available image files.
7. Navigate to your image folder and select: Options > Send to Art Mode
8. Select your image and press Send to add it to Art Mode.
To Import Images from SmartThings App:
4. Download the SmartThings app on your mobile device and add your Frame TV.
5. Select your TV > tap Art Mode
6. Use Add Picture to upload your mobile photos to the TV:
o You can combine 2–3 images using Create Mat
o Under My Album, choose styles like Dynamic Filter or Auto Gallery, then press Select Photo

Great TV, terrible remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is great. I love the glare resistant screen and picture quality is great. What drives me crazy is the remote. It's so sensitive you can't keep it anywhere near you because if you brush against it even slightly it will exit the show you are watching. I've lost track of how many times it happens. It's a problem.
