Great as an art piece...mediocre as a HDTV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv does a great job fooling g the eye as a piece of artwork. However, its a so-so HD TV at best. And whoever developed the pathetic remote and horrible UI should be fired.

We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s Frame TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
• Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content
You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

Samsung makes great TVs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Viewing is perfect with this television. My only issue is with the navigation of the tuning options. The default view is of the artwork I've chosen with my subscription, and it takes a little maneuvering to get back to the main channel menu.

When I turn them on I get a display showing stuff I have no interest in, rather than going directly to my Directv. To get to Directv, I have to take several actions that take longer than I want. When I turn the TV’s off, it goes back to the first screen, requiring me to turn off a second time. Sorry I didn’t buy the LG.
