Perfect match with frame tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great match with my Samsung frame tv, it's very slim and can be hidden easily. The sound quality is way better than I expected for such a slim form factor, the sub bring a quality bass to the movies e mainly music.

TERRIBLE INTERFACE/LOOSES CONNECTION TO TV EVERY T

DO NOT BUY, YOU HAVE TO CONNECT THE TV TO IT EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT ON!!! COME ON SAMSUNG, IT'S 2024, THE WIFI OPTION SOUNDS GREAT RIGHT! WRONG... WHO WANTS TO GO INTO THEIR SETTINGS EVERYTIME TO SELECT WIFI SOUNDBAR, AND THEN SELECT TV+SOUNDBAR... WHEN SAMSUNG IS TOO LAZY TO CODE A 'KEEP LOOKING FOR SOUNDBAR ON BOOTUP PROTOCOL' ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.. NOBODY WANTS TO WIRE UP THE SOUNDBAR... THE WIFI INTERFACE TO THE TV SHOULD BE MORE ROBUST... OR HAVE RETRY LOGIC... OR HAVE A 'DEFAULT' OPTION IN THE SETTINGS SO THAT IT KEEPS LOOKING FOR THAT DEFAULT SETTING!!!!! BUT IT DOESN'T WELCOME BACK TO 2012 WHERE YOUR SOUNDBAR LOOSES CONNECTION EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO WATCH TV

High pitch noise when connecting to any source.

I bought my sound bar on February 19. It is March 9 and it is making a high pitch noise when connecting it to any source (phone, TV, Bluetooth or Wifi connection). I enabled Alexa on it and right after I speak to it, it also makes a high pitch noise. After the initial connection, it sounds OK, but I cannot get that noise to disappear. I wanted to ask for a replacement, but I was only given the option to "repair."
I don't feel good about having a reconditioned product, so I am only left with returning it as an option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Big difference from TV sound alone

Audio quality has been great and initial setup of the speakers was pretty easy.
