Well built. Easy to assemble. Good walking work out for elderly - just be sure to hang on to the handle bars for stability & safety.

I like this treadmill for the convenience and price point, however, I would prefer the motorized treadmill that you can adjust the incline. I would recommend this.

Simple mod for the Sunny manual treadmill

I've had my Sunny manual treadmill for nearly a year. It is a great value. I hop on several times a day. To reduce the stress on my 95 year old arms, I slip a short length of 2x4 lumber under the rear supports. Works well.
