It's giving me a great way to get my cardio in when I can't walk outside. 10 minutes on this thing and my heart rate is up and I'm breaking a sweat!

The treadmill did not come with assembly instructions but I found them online. It was pretty easy to assemble once I watched the video. Packaged extremely well with no missing parts. Never used a manual treadmill before so it will take some time getting used to it. I like that it is compact, foldable and is pretty light weight. I am very happy over-all with this purchase.

Not happy with treadmill

I find this machine frame difficult to put to screw in. The directions are not good enough for this part . I would like to return it because n I t happy with it. In the end the company will win because it cost too much to return
