Good product

I like the treadmill. It's well built, not too heavy and moderately quit. I would have like it to have an incline adjustment. It needs this for different levels of walking. I mainly use it for backwards walking. Starting at an incline is harder on the knees and balance. A gradual build up to levels would have been great. Overall, I like the treadmill.

Basic, needs some adjustment

65 yrs. 200lb 5’9”. Used a motorized treadmill for years. Wanted to try a manual & not shell out big bucks. The running pad is pretty narrow(big folks might have difficulty). The 14degree incline makes for a very hard walk,run. This is not adjustable! I put a few 2x4 under the backend to make it a little easier to stay on. The handlebars are way too thin 1” diameter to hold for long periods. I added a pool noodle to help. With those adjustments, it’s good for now(about a 30minute workout). We’ll see how long it lasts? Some of these treadmills are priced into the absurd. This one is pretty affordable for the basics. And I don’t get TV interference anymore since there is no motor,

Missing critical feature.

The fact that it doesn’t come with a way to adjust the speed is absolutely wild to me. My fault for not looking deeper but I guess I assumed it would come with such a simple feature. Disappointed.

I'm old man, not good balance. . . . being manual I walk at my pace and have hand rails to help work on balance. I raise/lower back to decrease/increase angle. I use a good silicone spray to lube belt. . . . this machine does it for me!

I’m not liking the treadmill. Didn’t expect so many pieces; still struggling with putting it together and it is too heavy. Ask me again once the product is assembled.

Worth The Investment

The manual treadmill gives me the kind of workout I was looking for to help me keep in shape as a person in their 70s. Can be as intense as you want it to be. As someone who is not very mechanically inclined, it was relatively easy to put together. Good piece of equipment for the price.

It's been working out pretty well. It's lightweight and folds up very easily and I've been using it every morning. My only issue is that I thought the incline would be adjustable and it isn't. . . That's taking some getting used to.

I find this machine frame difficult to put to screw in. The directions are not good enough for this part . I would like to return it because n I t happy with it. In the end the company will win because it cost too much to return
