Good workout!

This is a really good workout. I was surprised by how strenuous it is! At least for me, at 77. I generally walk about 1-2 miles per day in good weather, got this for keeping up in winter. Although I live in the mountains and walk in hilly terrain, this walking pad is making me sweat!
Item works great and definitely provides a full body cardio! Took about 20 - 30 minutes to assemble using the QR code instruction manual. So far, I've been able to work up to doing 15 minutes into the incline in the past 3 days. First day I thought I was dying, lol, and could only do 5 minutes, the next 8 minutes, the next 15 minutes! That's going from sedentary to being active every day. Very happy with my our purchase! Even my kids love using it as they get to set the pace and not the machine.
I feel deceived by the product video on the website. I bought this with the intention of putting in more work to make the belt move. They market this as though you will be walking with more effort, but you don’t at all. I am 127 pounds and already very fit. When i hold the bars, that is essentially where to feel the “work”…in your arms. Even though your legs are moving, the work is in holding your upper body upright. I feel no resistance in my walking legs at all. And when you let go, you must go into a FULL SPRINT. I’m already very fit. I just wanted to get more steps and actually feel the work of walking. I 100% regret this purchase. Money wasted.
The Sunny manual treadmill was the perfect replacement for my old "regular" treadmill, which had seen better days and kept tripping the circuits in our new house. Turns out it's very common for powered treadmills to be incompatible with arc fault interrupted circuits, so I decided to go with a manual. Still getting used to the angle (which is greater than I was used to) and the need to hold on to the handles at all times, but I am loving this eco-friendly addition to our net-zero energy efficient home!
This is a nice, simple treadmill that folds up into a small footprint. It has no motor, which is fine for me, but be aware. It was very easy to assemble, and can be moved by one person without any problem.
