Cool product, great tasting coffee at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine is pretty cool and makes great tasting coffee. Pros: This thing looks sleek, is simple and small and doesn't clutter the countertop. Makes great tasting espresso at home. Cons: I wish they all had the built in milk wand so you don't have to heat your milk separate. It is a little time consuming because I don't think there is a way to pour 2 shots at once so you have to grind each one separate and also there is a rinse before each cup when you first turn it on. I have been using this about a week for 1-3 cups of coffee per day (plus a few mishaps) and have only added beans, water, and emptied the waste once or twice. I have not tried out the app but I don't understand how that would work because of the rinse feature each new brew unless I am misunderstanding something, then you would have water in your cup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is completly automatic even the coffee bean grinder which is adjustable for different style of grounds. The machine its self has a beautiful sleek and almost futuristic appearance. All the controls are on top and with a toch screen that allows you different styles of espresso. I definately recommed this espresso machine to any coffee lover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I've used a traditional home-quality espresso machine. I had to grind the beans in a burr grinder by hand, fill and tamp the grounds to make a perfect puck, get enough filtered water for what I was about to brew, pay attention during the process, and then clean up the mess. Not the case with this amazing GE espresso machine. I had no idea such a thing was possible for a home machine -- this stores my water, stores my beans, grinds the beans to my specifications, creates the perfect puck, creates the drink I want (espresso, Americano, lungo, etc.), dump the used grounds, and even flushes itself out between every use so it stays clean. I get notified when it needs something (throw out the grounds, add more water/beans). There's even a button so I can design my own custom procedure, but I haven't played with that yet. Making espresso at home used to be a real pain and I'd often just go through a drive-thru to get a drink to save time, but not anymore. This thing is unbelievable. Now my husband is drinking all of his coffee drinks at home and taking them to work. I cannot recommend this enough. It looks cool on my countertop, it's not wide and it's sleek, and it's super easy to figure out how to use.

Sleek and perfect for our kitchen!

With a small kitchen, we don’t love huge appliances and this was perfect - Just a tad larger than our normal coffee pot.
I love the modern look - It’s sleek and fits great with our style.
My favorite parts about this espresso machine:
The water reservoir comes completely out so you can fill and put back into place without making a mess.
The espresso spout actually moves up and down to accommodate the height of your cup.
The ability to connect your machine directly to your phone via WIFI.
The instructions were helpful and we got started in minutes.
And that you can select all different drinks to make, love it.
With a small kitchen, we don’t love huge appliances and this was perfect - Just a tad larger than our normal coffee pot.

Amazing Espresso machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I took my new GE Profile Automatic Espresso Machine out of the box I was immediately impressed at how sleek the design was. I put my coffee beans in the machine to make my cup of espresso and was instantly impressed because it was delicious! My only complaint is I could only make a single size serving and there is no frother included but that is no big deal. I found clean up was fairly easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so so so love the design of this!!!! So sleek and sophisticated - not big and bulky and doesn’t take up a ton of counter space! We’re pretty serious about our coffee here and this definitely checks off all our boxes! I used to stop every morning on my way to work and grab a coffee - not anymore! I just whip one up here and have a little more time in the morning!! Love this!!

Great espresso machine!

I was surprised at how simple operating it could be. Now I can have a espresso everyday and it is just as good if not better than one you would buy in a store and I save money!
What I like about this machine. You have the ability to customize your drink settings on your phone. Simple and easy to do. Just download the SmartHQ app to your phone. From there you can chose from different settings that will be communicated to the machine. If your not tech savvy, you can always just use the settings on the machine and do one touch brewing. It heats up incredibly fast. Not minutes, within seconds you have the temp. you desire. The grinder on this is awesome! It doesnt come with just one or two grind settings, it has five so you can get the perfect grind. You can also store extra beans inside of the machine.
I really don't have any negative things to say about this machine. With it being my first espresso machine, I feel like I am being spoiled on a daily basis. This cuts out my daily trips to the coffee shop and in the long run that will save me money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the GE Profile Automatic Espresso Machine and I am very pleased with it! This is definitely a luxury Espresso Machine which also comes with a milk frothing. It is wifi enabled and I can't wait for this feature to be running, you can control it from your phone or other connected devices. I can't wait to turn it on from my bed in the morning and have a nice fresh, hot cup of Espresso waiting for me.
