You need the app to customize, and the app is bad

I wish I could brew a lungo more the 5.5 oz, or an espresso more than 1.5 oz. I don't understand why it's so limited. I would also like to be able to control the amount of water in my Americano. And My Brew is not My Brew at all, I would like to be able to fully set all the parameters. My Brew is extremely limited in the options: Ristretto, 1 oz, Doppio, 1.5oz, Triple 1.5 oz. Red Eye 4.5 oz. That's it. The quality of the machine is great. My pucks come out solid, love the buttons. It's quiet, for a fully automatic. I had a Philips 3200, and this is way better. Just need better control over the brew, and then they ranks way higher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Profile is an awesome in home product for the coffee connoisseur. The products sleek design looks great sitting on the kitchen counter, is small enough to fit in small places, but by no means small in efficiency. Several options for different types of espresso (americano, espresso, home brew, lungo) as well as hot water. The product is very easy to use. Coffee beans go in and simple push button selection and go. Not hard at all to operate or put together. I absolutely love this product!

Beautiful machine that makes good coffee

We recommend this for any home espresso enthusiast. It might not replace the needs for a daily drip drinker but this is a great specialty item!

The features are great, it grinds the beans to your liking which you can change by turning the dial . It is self cleaning has an easy to read light up display with touch buttons . Elegant design. Water fill container that easily lifts out to fill and clean . Easy to empty and clean used brew bin. Slide nozzle that moves up and down with ease for cup size. Great product, great value , would recommend.

I love the fact that i can have gourmet coffee at home and it can be used for all sorts of fun drinks! My partner and i love it, will be great for holiday parties!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge coffee fan! I love making coffee at home and drink daily. A good machine is essential for me. I've never had an espresso machine this good! It makes delicious espresso drinks that taste like they came from an upscale coffee shop. I love all of the features. You can store beans in the top grinder container. It has a rinse feature and comes with cleaning solution. It is easy to clean out. I love the LED ring that tells you when it is rinsing, brewing, and out of beans. There is so much versatility with this machine. It brews quickly and is perfect for a mom on the go. I can't wait try different beans. The espresso comes out tasting smooth, rich, and so full of flavor. Highly recommend this product and can tell with the quality that I will be using it for years to come!
