[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features and sensors are nice. Battery life lasts 1.5 days on full feature. Maybe 3-4 days on battery save mode, but does not measure much in that case. Charges does not take long. Good in general.

The performance is noticeably snappier, and apps load instantly—it feels like a genuine leap forward. The new health features, especially the AI-powered sleep coaching, have been surprisingly helpful. I'm getting better insights into my rest than ever before. The brighter screen is a game-changer for outdoor workouts; even in direct sunlight, I can clearly see my stats. The battery life is decent, getting me through a full day with regular use and a workout, and the faster charging is a welcome touch. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the screen isn't as responsive as I'd like, especially with quick taps or swiping between widgets. It's a small issue, but one I've noticed on a few occasions. Other than that, the Watch 7 is an excellent device that's integrated seamlessly into my daily routine."
