[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I definitely recommend the Samsung watches! I need it to track everything for my doctors and specialists. It tracks heart rate accurately especially during exercise mode. It tracks my sleep which is highly important for my doctors too because we are trying to figure out my sleep issues. The watch is very durable as I have frequent falls which it detects and if I'm having an actual problem it will alert the people I set it to. I can press the button on the side to have it alert them as well if I need them. Absolutely love that I can control my music from it. There so many features that are amazing! I haven't used them all yet. It's absolutely 100% waterproof which I was suspicious of till I was shown by someone else with the same one and love that it tracks my swimming as it's recommend by my doctors to swim and have to really watch my heart rate for that too because it can become way too high. You can also buy some fun bands for it to replace the original! Theres so many options. In all I recommend it for those with heath conditions and need to track what your body does. I'm not sure if it has AI capabilities or not. I still need to explore the options not used yet.

This watch is exactly what I needed . I'm 82 yrs

So much info on such a small device

I have a lot of Samsung products that I use, including a Galaxy S25 Ultra, tv's, a refrigerator, etc. I bought the Galaxy 7 watch so I have the ability to track workouts, steps, heart, sleep and so much more. The fact that it has Google AI run by Gemini makes it even better. I am so happy with this watch and I can change the faces to make it look more "formal" or "sporty" depending on the event I am attending.

Only thing I hate is the constant locking of the watch, and sometimes it just randomly stops working.
Also the battery life is less than ideal
