Battery life sucks, I put it on charge at night wake up to 100% and here it is 6pm and it's going dead. I jade the 6 ans loved it. This needs fixed ASAP

Battery life is terrible.

I was really happy with this watch for about a half a day until I noticed the battery draining. I get far less than 24 hours of battery life per charge so in order to keep my watch from dying I have to put it on the charger twice a day. Had I known I never would have gotten it and I would advise anyone who's thinking about buying one to wait and see when and if Samsung can solve this problem.

The watch itself is fairly similar to the older model with slightly improved data collection. The battery life however is less than a day which is disappointing. The straps are not very secure and feel like they will break at any point.
It is also annoying to start a workout on the phone but the watch only displays a static page that you cannot scroll through.

Good features but poor battery life!

I received the new Watch 7 a week ago after placing a pre-order a month ago.. I've traded my Watch 3 in and this watch seems to have a lesser battery life than the 4year old Watch 3 model.!!
That being said the other features of the watch look good.. it has a smooth interface, the bezel looks good, got some good complements from folks who saw the new watch.. Hence the overall 3 stars..

Good watch but has limits due to watch face format

I have several watches from Samsung and have been a many time repeat customer. I am very loyal to this brand. I really like my watch 7, however, I hate that I can't use most of my watch faces that I used with my previous watches. Had I not traded in my old watch, I may have returned this one bc I don't want to have to buy more faces with limited options. The update fixed a lot of the battery issues, so I gave a star back. I find myself using the 5 pro instead all of the time instead for more flexibility.

Watch loses charge and dies after 7 hours. I use it for step counting and have to charge it midday to be able to continue capturing steps. My daughter received same watch and hers is fine. I just received a lemon.
