Amazing Tech!

Thankfully the watch and mobile app have tutorials which helped the use of the device a lot! The watch is capable of doing some incredible things including getting your height and weight simply by holding your wrist up which I thought was mind boggling! Thank you Samsung!

Samsung took everything great about the previous models and added real intelligence and refinement with this one. The AI integration is next-level — it doesn’t just suggest workouts or analyze sleep, it learns from my habits and gives smarter health insights daily. The personalized coaching and actionable feedback feel like I have a mini wellness assistant right on my wrist.
The health monitoring tools are extremely accurate and motivating. I love how the continuous heart rate tracking, advanced sleep coaching, and body composition metrics help me stay on top of my wellness goals. The new skin temperature sensor and stress tracking have been surprisingly useful — especially with the AI-powered insights that help me actually understand the data.
One of my favorite features is the Together app — it's a brilliant way to stay motivated through friendly competition. My family and I use it to track step challenges and cheer (or tease) each other throughout the day. It keeps fitness fun and social.
