This product has great features

The watch is easy to use and has a lot of great features to help me with my weight loss change of life. From tracking steps and progress in the gym to keeping track of food and water intake. Also the sleep tracker helps to see how much sleep I'm actually getting plus apps to help fall asleep faster.

It helps me not have to pull my phone from my pocket when I'm listening to music, podcasts or stories from the apps I use. The Galaxy AI has been great on it too when I ask what the weather is like or ask it to search for something when I'm in the car.

Controlling Spotify, receiving specific notifications and even the Samsung Health is more intuitive and can easily be accessed on the watch. Highly recommend this for anyone!

Better than expected

I decided to get the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 since I have a Samsung S23+ phone and I would be able to use more features. I am overall pleased with the Watch 7. However, I do wish the battery lasted a little longer but I wouldn't trade it. #GalaxyAI
