[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the watch is a upgrade from the 5 pro to the 7 and the software is next level the brief in the morning or throughout the day is a great change to the watch it keeps me updated on the things that interest me the most and at the end of the day as I wine down I'm reminded by the A I system to take a deep breath or meditation before getting to bedtime is just awesome also the Google assistant or bixby as a personal assistant setting appointments or reminders really help when I cant get to my phone all the time

Galaxy watch 7 is great too better then the ultra big version because that one did a reset every several days this one has been flawless!! Very easy to use and holds charge longer.
