[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoy the Samsung Watch Seven. It's help me a lot, especially with my health, this watch able to tell me my not just your heart rate, your how many steps you take, But it is able to see how much I sleep, oxygen level,is my blood pressure. It's just like you talk with your doctor about, it is able to help me change the way I do on everyday basis, especially when it comes to my health.

3rd Galaxy Watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 is my third watch. I use it very well in my daily life. I especially use it for health-related purposes. I intend to buy a Samsung Galaxy Watch again next time.
Stylish and lightweight. Love the changeable faces as well. The only drawback to this model vs the Galaxy watch 3 is it does not hold a charge very long. With the older model, I could wear it for 2 days without charging. This one requires a daily charge. I use it to track my sleep and snoring as well as other human functions such as oxygen levels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is great! When I'm traveling or on the move instead of needing to take my phone out I can rely on my watch to read and respond to messages, play music, etc...
Very comfortable, very user-friendly, good storage and good UI, the health features are also good and very accurate, the only complaint is the battery life could be a bit better. Overall great watch and would reccomend to any samsung user
My Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 (40mm) is amazing! Sleek, lightweight, and packed with health features. The ECG and sleep apnea detection are incredibly useful, and the overall tracking accuracy is impressive. It looks great and feels even better—definitely worth it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's ok

When I first got this watch I loved it. Now not so much. Half the time when I get a text it doesn't show up on my watch. I mainly got it for my sleep and to measure my heart rate. There is no option for it to alert you if your heart rate is over the number you set up. You also have to allow all health notifications or none. There isn't a good way to customize everything. It never measures my sleep right no matter how tight I have it on my wrist. It will monitor for 3 hours then stop completely or pick up again 2 hours later. It's very inconsistent. I also got it with the cream band which I actually loved. However now having it about 6 months the cream color on the band has wore off and like a pink rubber is showing through. Of course I can't find a way to purchase another band. Overall I would not spend the money on another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, June 10, 2025
Hi Andrea, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. You can quickly choose which apps send notifications to your watch and how much information is displayed on your screen. Once you customize your preferences, you’ll only see the reminders and messages that you want to. Please check your watch's notification settings in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure notifications are enabled for the apps you expect to receive alerts from. Also, check your phone's notification settings for those apps, as they may be blocked or muted. Finally, confirm that your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth and that it's not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. You are able to receive alerts for both high and low heart rates on your device. To set this up, open the Samsung Health app, navigate to Settings, then tap Heart rate. Ensure the heart rate tracker is not set to Manual, then scroll down to the Heart Rate alert section and toggle the switches for High HR and Low HR to enable alerts. You can also customize the heart rate values that trigger the alerts. If your device is not tracking your full night's sleep, please check your watch's connection to your phone and ensure it's not in power-saving mode. That can limit data collection. Also, verify that you've agreed to the necessary permissions in the Samsung Health app for sleep tracking. Be sure to check out the resources below to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. If you have any other questions or if you would like any further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 – A Refined Yet Fami
on June 10, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 refines the wearable formula with faster performance, smarter health tracking, and a sleek, premium design. It runs on the new Exynos W1000 chip with Wear OS 5 and One UI Watch 6, resulting in snappier navigation and better app integration. The dual-band GPS and BioActive sensor offer improved fitness and sleep tracking, including new features like sleep apnea detection and an AI-powered Energy Score.
Its AMOLED display is vibrant and easy to read in sunlight, and the build quality—especially the sapphire glass—is excellent. It supports LTE models, Samsung Pay, and offers smooth notifications, calls, and message handling.
However, the battery life is a letdown, averaging around 1–1.5 days, and the removal of the physical rotating bezel will disappoint long-time Galaxy Watch fans. While health features are solid, some are only fully functional on Samsung phones, limiting broader appeal. There's also no big leap in design or functionality for Watch 6 owners.
Overall, the Galaxy Watch 7 is a polished, capable smartwatch best suited for Samsung users who value health tracking, performance, and a classic round form factor. For others, or for those needing multi-day battery life, it’s worth exploring alternatives like the Galaxy Watch Ultra or Pixel Watch 2.
