Upgraded from Watch 4 to Watch 7, the first thing you notice is bigger and brighter display, slightly better battery life and more sensors. Upgraded option from Watch 4 to 7 from the health feature is energy score. Upgraded software has many new feature and gestures to control or use the watch better than before.
