Only upgrade was the name from Watch6 to Watch7

I don't see any difference between my old Watch6 and the Watch7. If anything, I preferred the look of my old Watch6 since it didn't have the fluorescent orange on the watch. I also haven't even seen a difference in the battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up and use. The battery dies in a few days but if you have on power saving mode and always on display turned off it last longer.
