Even if it is your first watch it's easy to understand and learn how to use. The assistant is quick and easy to set up and use . Many different features to choose from.

Good battery life and Work out Track

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Watch 5 pro before and upgrade to Watch 7 recently. The workout tracker is more accurate and the battery life is even better. With the new processor you cannot see any latency when you play with the watch
