Great watch for daily use and health insights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've upgraded to the Galaxy Watch 7 from the Galaxy Watch 6, and so far I'm enjoying my experience. I like the new colors, especially the cream color, and the new watch bands are also something I liked. The new health features powered by Galaxy AI add to the experience; such as the new energy score which let's you see how much energy you have for the day, almost like a phone's battery, which I find quite amusing and helpful in seeing how you'll fare during the day. I've also noticed a slightly better battery life on the Watch 7 compared to the Watch 6, which is an added bonus. Definitely helps to have more battery life. I also like the new One UI 6.0, which makes the UI look better than before. Overall, I'm pleased with this upgrade, and I believe this is a great watch for those who wish to experience Galaxy Watch for the first time. It's also a neat upgrade from the Watch 6 if you wish to do so. The Galaxy Watch 7 is a great Watch so far, and I hope to keep seeing great, quality products from Samsung!

It was easy to use, and I use it mainly use it for record my excises. Been using for a week so far pretty good and happy with the purchase. Only thing I would complain is that the sport wrist band is not breathable.

I like how they don't shove bixby down your throat now. not a fan of Galaxy AI cuz i think it's a gimmick but hey, to each their own, so haven't done anything with that. battery is great lasts 2 days for me. if i work and use it for sleep tracking, it lasts for a day.
