The watch case back is entirely too thick. I have an extremely thin wrist and the bottom of the watch case (the underside of the crystal) protrudes down into my wrist. I miss a flat bottom watch against the top of my wrist. The band color options (olive green or cream) are gross. I wanted a simple black band but had to buy the watch and then seek out other bands to have a simple black band. The watch overall works extremely well but at times I must take it off to rest my wrist due to the thickness of the watch and how it lays on top of my wrist (feels like it is digging in).

Great gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a watch 4 classic, this wasn't such a huge leap overall. My purchase came with an extra watch strap the gets me switching urgent on a weekly cadence or to match my attire.
Besides the ease to such between apps and sync with your phone over Bluetooth and wifi, the battery life is easily chopped off when either or both is/are on. This means I hardly get a full day's ride time if turned on but can early make 36hrs of both are turned off.
Overall a clean looking and reliable piece of tech 👌.

I love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note that this is the first smartwatch I own, and my experience with it is great, especially how well it cooperates with my galaxy s22. I love how easy it is to pickup calls and reply to texts. Music control is really useful, and the new health features are great! My only complaint is the removal of wireless power sharing compatibility. Great watch overall!

Battery drains incredibly fast.

I stopped using my fitbit due to various issues and thought this watch would be an upgrade. The battery life is awful! I'm having to charge it at the end of the workday before bed and then again when I wake because the battery drains about 25% in less than 8 hours. So disappointed that I may have to start using the fitbit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
