Excellent value for the money spent. Good range (backyard, throughout the house) with no fading. Excellent VOX quality with no hissing or audible interference. Good battery life as well. Panasonic is #1.

A bit disappointed because of the battery problem

If you have AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries with a higher amperage the charge will last longer. Please make sure to keep the handsets on the charging cradle when they are not in use.
