Great phone for seniors with hearing impairment.

Bought this phone for a senior and he is living the easy to read numbers and the flashlight. The volume boost is working well. The only problem is one of the headsets is working intermittently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, Paula! We're glad you took the time to leave a review. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can make positive changes. If one of the handsets is working intermittently, please try a soft reset and see how it goes. Perform it by pressing and holding the keys 2, 5, 8, and 0 all at the same time for 5 seconds on the handset then take the batteries out for 1 minute and place them back in. We also advise trying a base reboot by plugging out the line cable and the AC adaptor from the base for about 40 seconds and then plugging them all back in. Hope this helps!

This phone system is amazing. I love that I can boost the volume and blocking calls is so easy. The flashlight? That is a bonus! I am slightly disappointed it can't connect to my cell phone but am willing to give that up for the other features.

We've used Panasonic phones for awhile. My husband can't get used to mobile phones so he has an old flip phone style one for when he leaves the house, otherwise he uses a landlane. We haven't used this system long, but first off, he couldn't figure out how to get to the intercom. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 rating. They switched out the shortcut for the directory which has another shortcut. I would LOVE to see a version where I got to pick what the shortcut is. It should be the intercom. We bought enough to use all 6 extensions. Love that we can name the extensions. I used a sharpie to color the call block button red. Like the square button for shortcut directory. Haven't used the other features enough to rate them.

If you wish to record a greeting for your phone, please make sure the answering machine is turned on by pressing ANSWER ON/OFF on the main base. Then, you can record a greeting by pressing MENU, then [#] (pound key) and then typing 302. This phone is great for seniors. You can call your favorite person by only pushing 2 buttons. Decent volume. Easiest phone I have found for my sight challenged elderly husband.
