Works great and holds temp well. I did get a smoke tube to add more smoke when needed.

I ordered my 450b directly from the manufacturer and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The only difficulty in assembling the grill was with the legs. It requires two people for easy assembly.
After following the manufacturer directions for start up we started grilling!
Grilling times and temps vary but that seems to be something users from other manufacturers deal with as well.
The grill gets to temperatures quickly and holds it's temp well. This may change in cooler weather but that's not a big deal to me.
Overall I'm glad I purchased a z grill and I'm looking forward to experimenting a bit in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grill arrived in a timely fashion. Easy to assemble. Complete instructions on testing and first firing. First use was excellent. I am not overly excited about the competition blend pellets shipped with the grill.

Bought my dad the same model Z Grill as myself for an early Father’s Day gift and now we can trade recipes and bond over this new hobby despite the distance apart. These grills have been an excellent addition to our grilling fleet and really well built for our adverse Montana weather. They are simple to understand and operate. Definitely enjoying the 450 pros!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grill was easy to put together following the instructions. My first attempt at cooking were two porterhouses. They were done to perfection (medium rare) and had a nice light smoke flavor. My second attempt was with a 3 1/2# Chuck Roast. I slow cooked it for 6 hrs and it was amazing. Used a rub I found online which gave it amazing flavor a long with its smokiness.
