Waiting on repair parts

I would like to say that I like this grill, however I found that it is approx. 100 degrees lower than the set temp. I spent several days trying to get Zgrills to understand what is wrong with my brand new grill. Now I am waiting on replacement parts and must wait 1 week or longer.

This is a nice size grill using for my food cart for specials. Grill holds a great temp with little variation, also gets really hot which is better than my traeger I use at home. So far so good, legs are sturdy and steel seems thicker than my traeger also. Loving it

Prompt shipping, easy assembly. First thing I cooked on it was a steak, which was juicy and delicious! It does chicken breasts well also; just a hint of wood smoke and you can tell it was cooked with wood. Suggest you use a digital meat thermometer with it, so you can tell when the meat reaches proper inside temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far i absolutely love my new smoker, assembling it was even enjoyable i have always enjoyed assembling new items. the only negative is how hard it is to aline the legs to the botton. the best and easist way for me was to lay it on its side with top open on a workbench or table. that made it much easier to aline holes. i followed all instructions for burning it in and it worked perfectly. Temp reached 500 degrees during burn in. i am ready to smoke me a brisket and enjoy it this comimg weekend.
