Putting it together was not hard and following the instructions on a burn was easy but he best was using this grill to cook some boneless pork chops as well as some chicken quarters. Wow great flavor and very moist.

Easy to assemble.looks ok, smoke is not consistent yet. The temperature on the LED screen is considerably higher than the temperature inside at the grill surface.

The shut off time is more than 10 minutes (closer to 15) and led to some anxiousness, but it worked fine aside from that.

Hopper was not put together properly. Had to disassemble the display to connect the probe. For this, I took off 1 star. Great quality product but please put it together properly before shipping it out

It was great once I was able to use it but the package was shipped without hardware and then it was radio silence until support sent me the hardware needed to assemble. No tracking # or anything just a "we sent it" and then waiting for days to have the screws to assemble the grill
