This smoker has been key to my bbq game and has never let me down. I have used it in -1 temperature and still perform perfectly

It was awesome assembled smoker .did preheat . Smoked a London broil that afternoon with cherry and pecan pellets . It was amazing everybody at work loved it the next day . Smoked chicken breasts wings some corn and squash , zucchini this Sunday . Oh boys it was awesome . Thank you thank you . My next may be ribs or chops

Have only grilled on it once so far and the food was great. The setup instructions were the best I’ve seen in years- they even included the necessary tools!! Look forward to many delicious meals in the near future.

Hello,
I like the Smoker but I am having to clean it after every use due to the pellet ashes getting all over the smoker. Is this common? Seems like there may be too much air flow.

I got this for my husband as a gift for Valentine’s Day. He loves it, it is very easy to use and I love that it came with the temperature probes and a cover. We have smoked a chicken and brisket so far and they both turned out phenomenally.
