My first shot at 3-2-1 Baby Back Pork Ribs

This was my first time to use a pellet grill. The results were very good. However, being a retired engineer, I'll naturally play with the recipe. Next time I'll start with the smoke setting and spend more time wrapped in foil - trying for more moist ribs. I know I'm going to have fun learning how to use this new toy. Thanks guys - it's a great grill.

I bought this as an anniversary gift for my bf, and he loves it! He uses it multiple times a week and it's so easy to use and is very beginner friendly. He really wants to get into the smoking hobby, and we couldn't have chosen anything better. I've even used it successfully! Definitely recommend!

Well made product, has all the features I want, and the perfect size for myself and a few friends. Z Grills made the price more than attractive. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose....I definitely won with this purchase. I recommend this grill and Z Grills!!

Terrible Experience

Received the grill. Installation was a pain, but you only have to do it once. Start following the burn in process and immediately get the HeR error. Took 3 tries to get support to finally respond and tell me the temperature sensor was bad. Had to wait 7 days to get the replacement. Of course the model I purchased in August 2023 was a model made prior to 2021. So instead of u screwing the old sensor and snapping the new one in place I have to cut wires, take the bottom of the hopper off etc. Have never been so excited to get my new grill only to be completely exasperated by the quality and design.

Not good. Temp sensor was bad. Took a few days for someone to call me back and when he did, he wasn’t very friendly. Got the new temp sensor and it didn’t have the quick connect so I had to wire it all the way back to the circuit board. Also the connection sizes were different so I had to trim so they would fit. It’s working now but it took a few hours of labor on a brand new grill. Not impressed.

We have a gas grill and a griddle. This is our first experience with a smoker. After just one cook (baby backs) we are hooked. Performs great. The results were outstanding. Assembly......NIGHTMARE!!!!! Suggest you have 4 men, a team from MIT and plenty of alcohol ready before trying to assemble.
