I found the Z Grill everything I had hoped for. I used the recipes from the web site and found them lacking in quality. The meat I cooked was under done, but the Z Grill worked better than expected. It did heat uneven, but I can make up for that.

First ever Pellet Grill

Putting the legs on was a little difficult but the rest was easy. I have cooked three times and it has performed excellent. I wish I had gotten a pellet gril many years before. Now I wish I had gotten a larger one. I am well pleased.

Few hiccups at first

Overall experience has been good but was not without hiccups. Once I put the 450B together it would constantly come up with ER1 on the display which meant the internal temp probe was messed up. I ended up going into the circuitry and found one connector loose which fixed that issue. The only other issue I've found is the front door doesn't seal perfectly and I have smoke come out while cooking. Otherwise it's a great little smoker

I am converted for life. It’s easy to put together and is excellent quality for the price. I hope it last a long time. Super easy to use and so far everything has come out tasting amazing.

Thrilled with the concept of pellet grill cooking. I love the dual probes and convenience of using the pellet fuel. The assembly of this grill is hampered by crummy instructions. Go to YouTube for videos on how to put the grill together. You’d think for the money they’d include a cookbook on how to master “the basics”. The “bundle” I paid extra for was a totally worthless value. Waste of money. In conclusion, a mixed bag, but for the price versus the competition, pretty good deal.

As a retired machinist and quality control inspector I was very impressed by the quality of design and manufacture of every component of the 450B grill, as well as the packaging of hardware complete with wrenches. Very impressive. My complements.

After getting started by myself I realized its a 2 person job. Not much information on that.
My first and only smoking was a total success, I smoked a slab of Baby Back Ribs. Weather has kept me for doing anything more but it will happen soon.
