First time owning a pellet gril and the Z Grill performed as expected. I have owned gas and charcoal grills and this grill out performed both and cooked the meats exceptionally well. Highly recommend this grill.

Fast Delivery, Easy Setup, Flawless operation. Capacity in product description should be altered, 18 burgers or 4 rib racks or 3 chickens is a stretch. That being said..... 3 great cooks (Ribs, wings and spatchcocked chicken) thus far. Will definitely recommend ZGrills!

I am new to pellet grills but this showed up fast and was pretty easy to assemble. I have only used it twice because the weather has not been good here lately but it runs exactly as advertised and I can't wait to have a spring and summer filled with smoked and grilled meat!

Good size for small family. Grill worked great. Temperature control was good. Plenty of smoke. Food came out great. I expected more issues from my first try. So far I would highly recommend.
Tiny improvements: Dedicated path for thermometer probe. Slightly higher head room. More insulated/thicker top.
I feel that many of the features of the more expensive models are not an improvement to a (low and slow) true BBQ cooker/smoker.

I did my homework and ultimately selected ZGrill based on features and reviews. Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, and assembly was a breeze. Two smoking sessions complete with outstanding results. Anxious to continue on the learning curve and get adventurous. Very satisfied customer!
