Assemble was about like advertised I would say pretty easy.
Auger seems Very slow even when using the feed button ? During checking everything after assembly and before first startup I had to watch a lot to seeing it was even moving ? So be patient when checking.
I think works pretty good. Would be nice if it had a small shelf for stuff.
So far pretty satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy. Construction is even better than expected and assembly was a breeze. Only used it twice so far, but no surprises. Wish it had more shelf space, but I knew that up front. Would recommend it to anyone.

I Love This Grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve grilled steak and chicken so far and the taste and texture is amazing. I park it on my deck, facing my kitchen window and I just have to look out occasionally to monitor the temperature of the meat probes. No more running in and out to look at the meat and hoping it’s ready.

Our zgrill arrived with a defect, only discovered once it was put together and went through the instructions. The auger would not turn. After days/weeks of unanswered calls for help from customer services, a friend looking the zgrill over found that a wire was wrapped around the auger preventing it from turning. Once that was cleared up, fingers crossed it is working fine.
Our real complaint is with how hard it was to get call backs or help of any kind.

Grille arrived very quickly, box in excellent shape, put together, parts fitted perfectly,did the pre-burn in, was able to smoke a ham, it work very well. Like description and looking forward to much more good smoked food.

I bought this smoker right before Christmas after the first use the fan went out I contacted customer service and they sent me a new fan and easy to replace since then I've been smoking every weekend and the results have been amazing super easy to use and the temperature holds really well.very happy with my purchase

Loving the Pioneer 450B

We purchased the smaller, less expensive 450B but are very pleased with the ease of assembly and the quality of the unit. We love the ease of use and delightful and interesting flavors the pellets add to food. It heats up relatively fast, even in freezing and windy temperatures, and manages to stay consistent at the set temperature. Love grilling again and can't wait to fire it up and try more foods / recipes. zGrills also provides a good sampling of recipes on their website which we appreciate. Overall, very pleased with our new grill!
