Love the color of the umbrella and the quality but this literally was the very first outdoor umbrella I've ever purchased. Hindsight I would have chosen a different kind of umbrella one that isn't "hanging". We get a lot of wind in my backyard area and all this umbrella does is swing around in the wind, constantly moving so it's not really helping with constant shade coverage not to mention it gets swinging pretty good and then I feel nervous it's going to whack someone in the head. So if you live in a non windy area then this should work great. There's always some wind here even on sunny hot days there's always wind for us so next purchase I will make sure the umbrella doesn't have this feature where it can just swing around. It's on me for not knowing what to order, the product is very nice just not ideal for my backyard. Plus our initial delivery , the solar panel was missing but the company was very good in resolving this issue. Great customer service!

Weighted stand NOT INCLUDED!

Beautiful umbrella! Very large and can cover a lot of area. I haven't been able to use it yet because I wasn't aware the umbrella didn't come with a weighted stand. I would not recommend putting it up until you a) have the weight to keep it upright and b) you know where you want it forever and can screw it into a surface.

Too Good to be True

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for about a month and I loved it. Until today when I opened the umbrella only to see that the weight of the umbrella bent the contraption at the top that holds it in place. So now I have a pretty umbrella that is broken and trash.

This has been the perfect addition to my little slice of paradise in the backyard and it has cooled my pool water temp 5-7 degrees within just a few days. So glad I bought it!

I had a cantilevered umbrella

Poor quality

We put it together and within 1 day the joint from the main post to the arm is bent causing the umbrella to lean on direction. The actual umbrella portion is also unstable. I understand having a little play to allow it to flow with a breeze, but a 5 MPH breeze tilts the umbrella in that direction and often move the umbrella into a position not blocking the sun. Disappointed.
