[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these a couple years ago for my new patio. I thought the price was good was worried about the quality, was very happy with it from the start then the crank started to become difficult to crank eventually broke. Not even two years old and was only put outside on the stand on weekends and nice days. Money is tight and mind you I have two so I roll the dice and buy another in hopes it’s won’t happen again.

Lovely Outdoor Umbrella

This lovely umbrella brought new purpose to my backyard. The perfect size keeps you cool with its shade on a sunny day. The lights on the inside of the umbrella add a nice touch. Very easy to install and operate. I highly recommend and would definitely repurchase.

I’ve had this umbrella less than a month and used a few times and it’s broken. I’ve contacted customer support to see what they can do for me. It’s a bummer because I really did Like the umbrella.

Lasted 3 days before the lights quit working, The next day, the plastic piece that is supposed to help hold the bar broke in two. Two days later, the pulley broke that allows the umbrella to go up and down. CHEAP and DEFECTIVE
