I have the peace of mind with the Outerbox covers. I already dropped my phone a few times at my job (I work on construction) and I'm able to pick it up safely with no cracks. 100% reliable.

Love the look of the new S24 defender pro case, however once installed the bottom left corner is so sharp, with the weight of the phone it digs into your hand. I always use otter box cases. Please adjust this to make it more comfortable. Also make more colors available.

Did not fit the Samsung S24 Ultra

The Galaxy S24 Ultra Case Defender Series Pro product I received did NOT fit my Samsung S24 Ultra. I could not fit my phone in no matter how much I tried. Tried short side first, long side first, no joy.

Hello! We are so sorry to hear that you experienced a fit issue with your case. When putting your device into a Defender Pro Series case, you will want to ensure that you take the case apart in order to put your device in the case. A great way to start is to open the charge port cover and proceed to peel off the outer rubber shell, much like peeling an orange. Then, you will want to gently separate the hard plastic pieces into a back and a front frame. Then, you will insert your device and put the case back together. Great fit like all otter boxes but the charging tab on the bottom doesn't fit any charger very well. My last one came off. Thankfully I mostly use wireless charging unless I'm traveling for work. It really isn't designed for plug in charging.
