Just purchased the Defender Pro to protect my s24 Ultra. Otterbox is my Go To case because they are a high quality case and it works. I have a Defender on my Note 10+ and last year I needed to climb a ladder to access and reset a security camera under my roof eve on a large two story house. We'll I needed 3 hands to reset the security camera and hold my phone. I set the phone on a rung on the ladder and seconds later, my phone came crashing down. I was up almost a good 20 feet. I figured that the phone was toast, but upon retrieving it, the phone still worked. The note 10 is a heavy phone and it hit hard and the Otterbox saved it. There is no other case that could do this. Otterbox provides superior drop protection. Also the case has the perfect balance of grip - grip in my hand and grip on a flat surface. It is not too rubbery to easily slide into my pocket, but the case doesn't slide across a hard surface which I hate. I will set my phone on a flat surface in my BMW and it will stay in place as I make turns. This is the only case that I will buy. It has proven itself. They are pricey, but they are worth it.

This is my 4th Defender OtterBox. The previous four were black, this one is purple. The fact that it's my fourth one says a lot. However I've only had this for less than a month on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it has stains that will not come off already. I just washed it this morning to try to get these yellow stains off. I tried soap and a Scotch-Brite pad and I tried alcohol and it's still discolored - pretty much the same as before I started cleaning it.

Been using OtterBox for years and they have always been great. This one is no different. Without it, I most certainly would not have been able to get the full trade-in on my s21, that also was protected by Defender Series Pro.

Great product as always, but more innovation is needed. Year after year the product is pretty much the same with no real change in design, specifically the design around the camera lenses.
Why always the simple cut out around the entire lens area versus having that entire area covered and each individual lens be surrounded by the cover?

The back of the rubber casing is starting to bloat on day one right near thebottomof the camera punch out. It is very thin and i already know that while the case itself will do a great job protecting the phone the outter rubber is going to give up the ghost in a short period of time. It makes me very sad as i have jad otterboxes since i can remember but it may be time to try something else after this goes. I swear something changed...like when a favorite restaurant changes suppliers of the food they purchase and the taste/quality is different.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a few phones, all with Otter Boxes on them. One phone flew out of the window of my airplane at about 1,200' above the ground. It was later recovered in perfect working order. These covers are great.
