Netgear Orbi install

Tried setting up the Orbi with a wireless device several times and could not get it to connect. Used a computer direct wired to the Orbi router and it set up perfectly. Also recommend having the Orbi router and satellites next to each other for initial set up. Works great and strong signals throughout the house

This Mesh router made my whole Fam very happy!! As a big family and a lot of devices sharing the same bandwidth we are very satisfied and happy to buy and owned this product (Orbi AC3000). I would recommend this product to my friends and family and to people that are looking for a money worth router out there.

Worth the money

Prior to Orbi, we had a single Wi-Fi router on the 1st floor that was barely reaching the furthest bedroom on the 2nd floor. Now with the orbi satellites providing better Wi-Fi coverage, we have not seen any stream delays in that bedroom or anywhere else in the house. I have no regrets buying the NetGear Orbi.

Problem Solved!

Orbi solved the wifi issues I had in my 2800 sq. ft. split level home. Given the layout and structure, I tried higher end routers and extenders and still had dead zones. With my Orbi RBK50, the dead zones are gone so I can not only enjoy wifi in every corner of my home, but also on my front and back patios.

Easy setup, great wifi coverage

In a two story home with the router in the basement, one satellite provides full internet speeds throughout the house. It was super easy to set up too, though it took a few minutes to properly connect with the satellite repeater. I'm pretty happy with this upgrade after using 8 year old wifi routers previously.

Love this system

I needed better wifi reach for security cameras outside as well as reaching our shop with a stronger signal. This system did the trick. We get strong wifi outside. We even get a signal next door inside the brick house an acre away. I highly recommend the system. So far no issues at all and super easy to set up.

Compatible but limited

I have been very pleased with my Orbi,very easy setup, and it works well with most devices. My main frustration has been the lack of speed from my 1 Gig connection. I struggle to get above to 150-250mbps even when all other devices are disconnected. Please increase the cap of what can be sent via wireless 5ghz.

Outstanding WiFi at Reasonable Price

I have an Apple Airport Extreme-based WiFi network that I replaced with an Orbi and one satellite. The tri-band boost in performance across my home is incredible. I would highly recommend the Orbi system to anyone with any performance problems as well as the much higher security options available with the Orbi.
