GREAT WiFi! Highly recommend

I have the Orbi RBK50 WiFi system and it's GREAT WiFi. Super fast WiFi and it covers my entire home even the backyard, garage and driveway. Never have any issues even when many family members are all online at the same time. Highly recommend!

Not worth the money

Restarts at least 3 times a day. Not reliable at all. Do not recommend this product.

Good product, Poor Service

I bought the RBK50 system and one of the two satellites were defective (within 1 year warranty). I called technical support to try to fix it. It was deemed defective, but they wanted to charge me to send in their defective device. I do not think I should have to pay for your defective device. The system overall with the working satellite does at times cut in and out of connection. Technical support could not fix that as well. Thanks Netgear.

Not as Good as I expected.

I bought thisabout 4 months ago to bypass the Verizon router. Very easy to set up but except for running speed tests, I can't tell a difference. The satellite doesn't seem to help any. My phone seems to take longer to load apps than before and we have had some buffering on streaming tv for the first time in years though not a lot. Seems like i spent a fair bit of money for not much.

Poor performance

Wi-Fi performance from router is acceptable, but Wi-Fi and ethernet from satellites are poor. All kind of settings and factory reset tested with no help.

Disappointing

Purchased the RBK50 and it hasn’t even been a month and my phone and gaming system won’t connect. It works then cuts out so often. Resetting it doesn’t work and support was very poor. Very frustrating as school is now all online and I can’t get anything done!!

If your Orbi wireless connecting is cutting out you may be on a congested wireless channel by default. You are able to change this: https://kb.netgear.com/23783

So far so good

I've had this mesh for awhile and i recommend this. Though not sure why my network has gone slow now so i'm planning on adding a satellite extender. I just wish this wasn't so expensive.

Lags and lots of dead zones. House is 3600 sqft with 2 satellites and I can’t even go to my front yard
